Remember you can combine milk pumped in different sessions within a 24hr period into the same storage containers.

Freezer (-18C or lower)        ~ 3 months

• Place the frozen breast milk in the refrigerator to thaw
• For quicker defrosting, place into a bowl of hot water
• It is not recommended to microwave breast milk
• If milk fat separates, swirl before feeding, do not shake breast milk
