DELIVERY & RETURNS

Shipping Charges
  • Moooka delivers across South Africa via (The Courier Guy) courier
  • All orders are shipped from KZN
  • We have implemented a flat rate shipping (R80.00) to best serve our customers from all areas 
  • You will only be allowed to complete your order once you have selected a valid Area/Suburb so that an accurate shipping booking can be made
 
Order dispatching
  • Allow for  up to 1 working day from the time of payment confirmation, for your order to be packed and dispatched from our warehouse to The Courier Guy (in other words, your order may not be dispatched to the courier on the same day you placed your order)
  • You will receive a tracking number via email to the email address listed on your account profile once the item has been booked for collection by The Courier Guy
  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse each weekday morning between 8am and 10am only
  • All orders confirmed (ie. payment received) before 8am weekdays, will be included in the orders dispatched that day wherever possible, but this cannot be guaranteed and is based on order volumes for the day
  • Any orders confirmed after 8am on a weekday will fall into the following working day’s dispatch
 
Shipping Services
  • Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy- their shipping timelines will apply
  • All parcels leave us on an “Overnight" service
  • General timelines for OVERNIGHT courier service (from The Courier Guy Website):
    • delivery by 11am on the next working day, applies only to major centres i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc.
    • areas outside of major centres can take up to an additional working day to be delivered
PLEASE NOTE
  • The Courier Guy do not operate on weekends (confirmed orders received after 8am on a Friday, will be dispatched on Monday morning)
  • The Courier Guy do not operate on Public Holidays (confirmed orders received after 8am on the day before a Public Holiday, will be dispatched on the next working morning)

Returns
  • Due to the personal nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds for any unwanted used products
  • We encourage all customers to engage with us should they be unsatisfied with the function of the product as in many cases this can be resolved by proper placement and use of the product
    • We handle all customer complaints on a case by case basis and resolve to find an amicable solution per query
  • Should you find your Moooka to be defective and we can determine it was a default in the manufacturing process, we will replace your product (incl. delivery to you) free of charge
  • Unused and unopened products can be returned for a refund of your purchase price
    • Refunds will only be valid for the purchase price of the item and courier fee’s for the original delivery of the item will not be refunded
    • Refunds are subject to further deductions to cover the courier fee to collect the return, and any applicable bank fee’s to process the refund
